THE BUILDING

Zetland House is a unique and striking property, situated in the heart of Shoreditch. The building was originally a Print Works for The Bank of England, printing banknotes, stamps and bonds. More recently it was a home for street artists and screen printer Banksy.

Our building has been converted to office space accommodating a variety of mainly creative companies. The original structure and period features – raised basements, lofty ground floors, glazed white bricks, wooden floors and crittall windows – have all been maintained.

There is a private central courtyard, which provides the main entrance to most of the units and also a drive through. The units are all open plan and have great natural light. Zetland House is quite simply the best character space around.
